At the 2 Bar S Ranch our goal is to produce the best beef available on the Western Slope of Colorado. Our steers graze at ranches on the Spring Creek Mesa and in the beautiful Cimarron Valley. We believe our combination of low stress grazing with plentiful mountain water and high altitude grass produces healthy steers and the best beef for our family and yours.
